After more than a decade managing real estate around the world for Nike and its brands, I started Delker Real Estate in 2021 as a consultative practice advising national retailers with their lease portfolios. Since then, I’ve worked with 10+ national clients in auto, food & beverage, footwear, apparel, and vet care.
